Our ColorPage Design, Print and Mail Production Facility Is Fully Operational

We know you have important information to get out to your customers and the community and we are here to help. Our Kingston production facility is fully operational with all of our design, print and mail services available to you in accordance with the Empire State Development Office.

ONLINE ACCESS AVAILABLE

Below are the options available to submit your job to ColorPage 

1. Electronic file submission (Preferred Method)
   1. We Prefer and will continue to receive your art files by:
      • Upload at www.ColorPageOnline.com
      • Email: ContactUs@ColorPageOnline.com
      • USPS Mail a flash drive to the attention of Customer Service
2. Virtual Meetings (Preferred Method When Possible)
   1. We are using Google Meet and Join.me for online meetings
   2. Please call to schedule an online meeting.
3. In Person Meetings (If deemed necessary)
   1. Limited in-person meetings (need basis only) by appointment – It is preferred that Customers wear a Personal Protective Mask, covering both your nose and mouth when entering the building. 
   2. ANY PERSON who has been in contact with someone who has COVID within the last 10 days -OR- who has COVID Symptoms MUST NOT ENTER THE BUILDING.
4. Proofs can be sent to you by:
   1. Email (PDF) 
   2. USPS Mail – please provide your address 
   3. Delivered by our driver (local deliveries only) 
   4. Pickup at designated pickup location at ColorPage (call for details)
5. Shipments and Pickups and Drop Offs 
   1. Most shipments are sent out via UPS
   2. Some local deliveries and larger deliveries are made via ColorPage trucks.  
   3. Customer onsite pickups and drop-off locations are available. We have two outside areas available (call for time and instructions)
