ColorPage Wins Gold Award
Astor Services for Children and Families and ColorPage won a gold award in the 2012 Magellan Awards Communications Campaign Competition.
The award, presented by the League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP), was in recognition of the Top 50 Communication Campaigns of 2012. Astor’s Annual Report ranked at the top of more than 400 entries.
“The 2012 Magellan Awards drew an unprecedented number of submissions representing a broad range of industries and organizational sizes,” said Tyson Heyn, Principal of LACP. “More than 400 entries were submitted, so competition was exceptionally tough.
“I believe the win demonstrated what two focused organizations can accomplish; the annual report is Astor’s golden opportunity to communicate their important work directly with the community stakeholders. Together we told the Astor story in a compelling and visual way,” stated Frank Campagna, CEO of ColorPage. The report was designed and printed by ColorPage, a marketing and publishing service provider located in Kingston, NY.
“We, at Astor, are all delighted that our 2010- 2011 Annual Report was a recipient of the Magellan 2012 Gold Award. This is certainly a testament to the partnership we have with ColorPage and the outstanding work, support and guidance we receive from them,” said Sonia Barnes-Moorhead, Executive Vice President of Astor Services For Children And Families.
